As Vice President of Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer and Chairman of The Mass
Tort/Class Action Team, Angelo Cifaldi is involved in all aspects of mass tort
litigation including trial works. Mr. Cifaldi has also negotiated settlements in
numerous toxic tort matters. Some of his most successful settlements involve
mass contamination cases in New Jersey.
Recognized as one of the leading authorities of Pharmacy Law in New Jersey,
Mr. Cifaldi is also the attorney for the New Jersey Pharmaceutical Association
and the Garden State Pharmacy Owners Association. Additionally, he also
represents numerous pharmacists before the Board of Pharmacy and Medicaid
with regard to administrative matters. As Associate Professor of Pharmacy
Law at Rutgers College of Pharmacy since 1986, Mr. Cifaldi actively teaches
Pharmacy Law to fifth year pharmacy students. On the seminar front, Mr.
Cifaldi periodically lectures about important pharmaceutical legal issues for
programs sponsored by Rutgers College of Pharmacy, the American Society
of Pharmacy Law, New Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists and the
New Jersey Pharmaceutical Association.

Regional Medical Center. His current areas of focus are
anticoagulation, heart failure, and drug information. He
also helps co-coordinate and serves as preceptor for
pharmacy students on APPE rotations. Prior to joining St. Joseph’s, Christopher
worked at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, NJ and completed a
pharmacy practice residency (PGY-1) at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital
in Philadelphia, PA. |

Zach Thomas, PharmD received his PharmD from SUNY Buffalo School of
Pharmacy. He subsequently completed a PGY-1 residency at Hackensack
University Medical Center and a PGY-2 critical care residency at the
Philadelphia College of Pharmacy. He joined the Faculty at the Ernest Mario
School of Pharmacy in 2006. His current practice site is the surgical/trauma
intensive care unit at Hackensack University Medical Center.
In addition to his clinical and teaching responsibilities, Dr. Thomas serves as
the Contributing Editor to the Critical Care Therapeutics section of Hospital
Pharmacy. He has published several manuscripts and has been an invited
speaker at many National meetings. |

Jennifer Costello, PharmD, BCPS is currently managing
the outpatient anticoagulation program at the Internal
Medicine Faculty Practice. She also provides diabetes
education to patients of the practice. Prior to this, Jennifer was the Pediatric Specialist for the Children’s Hospital of New Jersey at Newark
Beth Israel Medical Center where she managed both pediatric anticoagulation
and diabetic patients.
Dr. Costello graduated with her doctorate of pharmacy from Northeastern
University in Boston, Massachusetts and completed her pharmacy practice
residency at the University of Arizona Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona.
Dr. Costello has also completed the ASHP Foundation’s Antithrombotic
Pharmacotherapy Traineeship Program.

Robert T. Adamson, PharmD is the Corporate Vice
President of Clinical Pharmacy Services at the
Saint Barnabas Healthcare System in New Jersey.
His responsibilities include the supervision of
clinical pharmacy activities in addition to the quality
improvement and assurance activities relating to the provision of pharmaceutical
care throughout Saint Barnabas Healthcare System. Dr. Adamson also serves
on the Infectious Disease Committee for the health system.
After earning a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from St. John’s
College of Pharmacy, he earned his Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Rutgers
University College of Pharmacy, where he is currently an adjunct instructor.
Dr. Adamson has conducted several disease research studies in the areas
of infectious disease, oncology and oncology supportive care, and various
internal medicine subjects. Dr. Adamson was bestowed the Greg Santora
New Jersey Pharmacist of the Year Award in 2006 and was nominated for
the prestigious 2007 Codman Award for standardization of pharmacy practice
within a health system.
In addition to publishing his research in prestigious medical journals, he serves
on the Editorial Board of Pharmacy Practice News, is a reviewer for both the
American Journal of Health-System Pharmacy and Hospital Pharmacy, and
presents his work at medical conferences nationally and internationally as well
as on television.
