New Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy continuing education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. ACPE Universal Program Numbers: 0152-0000-11-019-L04-P & 0152-0000-11-019-L04-T. This is a knowledge based program providing ONE contact hour of continuing education credit. This program is being sponsored by the Central Chapter of the NJSHP. At the end of the program, continuing education certificates will be given out to all participating participants who sign-in and hand in a completed program evaluation form.
