New Jersey Society of Health-System Pharmacists is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy continuing education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. ACPE Universal Program Numbers: 0152-0000-11-033-L04-P & 0152-0000-11-033-L04-T. This is a knowledge based program providing 2 contact hours of continuing education credits. This program is being sponsored by the Northern Chapter of NJSHP.

At the end of the program, attendees will receive a post-meeting assessment in their email. Completion of this will be required before continuing education certificates will be issued. CE certificates will be emailed only to those who complete the post-meeting assessment.
